Robinhood.com is a way to buy partial shares like game stock and Kodak etc.
this is what is driving up gamestock. Robinhood is for small investors
example is I own .34 of one stock. when a community gets together and buys
partial shares it can have an enormous impact on the stock price.

I know Kodak received an enormous amount from the past administration to
helpf fight Covid. Where those funds were spent, however, is a good
question.
