[Frameworks] Double-8 camera ---> 16mm projection

You can’t use double perf 16 film on a double 8 camera as it lacks half the required perfs.  You can shoot Double 8 in a 16mm camera. 

Louis Hock’s film Silent Reversal is a good example of this.
