your thoughtful reply.

You are so right here and I am kicking myself for not thinking about it
like this. I'm going to keep looking but I am now secretly wishing that
Mekas never said this—that's how thought provoking I find your comment to
be.

Thank you for the advice on the endnote, maybe I will have more to say
about this now.
