[Frameworks] New Super 8/16mm processing sub-system

Not cheap.

Requires the automated table top Filmomat processor. Limited to 2x 15m
Super 8 rolls or a 1x 15mm 16mm/R8/DS8 roll.

Developer is working on a 33mm (100ft) 16mm/R8/DS8 version. Nice to see new
analog/digital hybrid tech.
