Thank you Nicholas, I will ensure that on the next version of the app it is made clear that the password requires special characters.
For now the platform is only available as a mobile app. We chose to develop the app for iOS and Android in order to take advantage of features specific to the devices. But we may develop a web app in the next version. Our website is not a player, however we do have some of our films available on our VOD page www.vod.re-voir.com.
