[Frameworks] SAN FRANCISCO: those who wait (5/28 screening)

we are screening “those who wait” at the roxie in san francisco this tuesday (5/28) at 6pm.

those who wait is an experimental/poetic re-enactment of the millerite movement doomsday prophecy of 1843 (which would lead to the seventh day adventist church and other offshoots). it’s a unique mixture of silent-era film, historical reenactment & fantastic parable.
