A retrospective collection of film and video work by Canadian artist Scott
Fitzpatrick, by turns snarky and sincere, analytic and abstract,
psychedelic and confrontational. Fitzpatrick’s work uses appropriation,
humour, abrasion and material exploration to consider ephemerality,
sexuality, and what, if anything, will be remembered.


Following this, Scott Fitzpatrick will present two expanded cinema works by
the enigmatic moving image artist arc, confronting forces of oppression and
the enterprise of colonial border making.
