[Frameworks] Recommendations for 16mm optical sound

Hello!

I'm looking to make a 16mm optical sound track, preferably straight from a 
digital file. It's been a few years since I've had this done, and I couldn't 
find anything in the archive. Can anyone share their recommendations on who is 
still making these, and the quality or services? Or, just point me to the 
appropriate thread...
