[Frameworks] Cine Kodak Super XX and panchromatic film

Hello everyone, 
I recently acquired a roll of 16mm Kodak film from the 1940s. Cine Kodak Super XX. I'm wondering if anyone on the list might know of a developer for this film?  Is it still shootable? Since it's from the 1940s, I would suspect that it has a very low ISO and would need all the light it could get. But anyone out there who might have a better idea of ancient film help me out?
