[Frameworks] Thoughts on University of Amsterdam's Film Preservation Program

Dear Michael,

The very cool thing about AMIA is we welcome *everyone*. There are the
archivists, but also academics, librarians, students, filmmakers, film
collectors, lab people, and yes, even distributors. The mandate of AMIA is
very simple and right up front at www.amianet.com -- to foster cooperation
(ie. friendship) to further the cause of preservation and restoration.

And thanks about BLESS and KOS! Chicago's Ross Lipman had the most to do
with it. (With Billy and Charles of course!)

Best regards,
Dennis Doros
