[Frameworks] Advice on archival workflow and hardware for Super 8 and 16mm

I use Metro Post in New York for super-8 scans and they do a great job up to 5K (Lasergraphics Director), though this may be unnecessary for Super-8.
For storage I have been using Synology disk station which stores the data across several disks and actively checks and backs up the drives. But the whole NAS has to be itself backed up to a second one.
